Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fresh firm tomatoes
  • 2 slices of white bread for toasts
  • 10 leaves of basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • grey sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Toast the two slices of bread.
  • When the slices are browned a bit, take the slices out and while still hot brush them with olive oil.
  • Halve the garlic clove and rub each half on a slice of bread. Let the bread cool, then cut it in half diagonally.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and arrange them on the bread.
  • Cut the basil into thin slices and spread over the tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle the salt and spread oil on the bread.
